MONTREAL, Sept. 2, 2026 – ISOLOGIC Innovative Radiopharmaceuticals officially inaugurated its new Lachine facilities yesterday, Tuesday, September 1, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by employees, partners, clients and elected officials. The $30-million investment, announced in 2024, marks an important milestone in the advancement of nuclear medicine in Canada. It will increase the country’s capacity to produce essential radiopharmaceuticals while helping ensure a more reliable supply for healthcare institutions across Canada.
Radiopharmaceuticals play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of many serious diseases, including several forms of cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, as well as a range of bone disorders. By enabling earlier and more precise diagnoses and more targeted treatments, they directly contribute to better patient care and outcomes.
